For one week (9/13/26 - 9/19/26), “Pay what you can” for the Moms Night Membership.

Inspired by this episode of one of my fave pods, “Death, Sex & Money,” I’m trying something new! Moms Yoga Night and the Mothers Circles are meant to create community, camaraderie, and collective care. I want ALL moms to access that.

I base my standard pricing on a variety of factors: How I value my time and expertise, what I’ve found to be fair market pricing for similar offerings, my own overhead expenses, etc.

AND, I know that sometimes price is a barrier for all of us. We might have unexpected medical or home expenses, we might be in a job or career transition, we may be care taking for family members, we may simply be having a difficult time financially (many of us are!) because we live in one of the most expensive places in the country.

If you’d like to join our Fall Membership and the standard price is holding you back, please pay what you currently can (no questions asked). If you have a friend who might also benefit, pass this along and have them join you.

The Membership includes:

• 4 Moms Yoga Nights: Tuesdays 7:15–8:30pm on Sept. 29, Oct. 27, Nov. 17, Dec. 15

• 2 Mothers Circles: Wednesdays 7–8:30pm on Oct. 14 & Dec. 2

• Standard Pricing: $169 for all 6 sessions (valued at $252) | Yoga drop-in: $38 · Circle drop-in: $50

The yoga classes feature a slow, accessible flow with a supported, restorative closing. The Circles offer space for mothers to connect through a facilitated, themed discussion centered on mothering, the constraints of modern motherhood, and current events related to family life and maternal mental health.

This is a supportive, come-as-you-are space to care for yourself and find community. Mothers need other mothers. And right now, we need each other more than ever.
