2 Mothers Circles: Wednesdays 7–8:30pm on Oct. 14 & Dec. 2
Pricing: $169 for all 6 sessions (valued at $252) | Yoga drop-in: $38 · Circle drop-in: $50
The yoga classes feature a slow, accessible flow with a supported, restorative closing.
The Circles offer space for mothers to connect through a facilitated, themed discussion centered on mothering, the constraints of modern motherhood, and current events related to family life and maternal mental health.
This is a supportive, come-as-you-are space to care for yourself and find community. Mothers need other mothers. And right now, we need each other more than ever.
Policy Note: Life happens! If you can’t make a session, you’re welcome to gift that class to a friend. Pro-rated refunds and makeup classes are typically not available.
