4-Week Mothers Circle
Tuesdays in July (7/8-7/29) @ 6:45-8:15pm | Private Studio in East Milton
Since becoming a mother, if you’ve ever asked yourself:
Why is mothering today so damn hard/overwhelming/intense, etc?
Why am I always left feeling like this is a ME problem?
Where are my people - the village “they” said you needed?!
…then you’re in the right place! Mothers need other mothers because Modern Motherhood is hard. It's better with community, support, & loving-kindness.
In our four weeks together, we’ll explore the scholarly concept & lived experience of “Matrescence.” We’ll dig into Normative Motherhood, unsustainable societal expectations, the politics of Motherhood/mothering, reframing carework, and more!
Format: 60ish mins of guided, collaborative discussion & 30ish mins restorative movement
